Effectively, we do the job of a vicar, priest or humanist – but we are independent of any constraints of belief systems or dogma.

This means we are free to create a unique service entirely to your wishes, containing as much or as little religious reference as you like…or none at all. After all, everyone has their own ideas about life, spirituality and death and not everyone wants a traditional religious funeral.

Independent celebrants work closely with the bereaved to find just the right words and tone to reflect the personality of the lost loved one.
